Job summary

A charity organization based in Leigh Park, Hampshire, is looking for a motivated Family Services Manager. This role involves leading the Family Services Team and delivering impactful services to young people and families. You should have experience in managing teams, safeguarding knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with a passion for making a difference. The position is part-time, approximately 32 hours weekly, and has a salary range of £16.48-£17.91 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering programmes or activities within young people's/family services.
• Understanding of issues affecting children, young people and families.
• Experience monitoring, evaluating and reporting on service performance.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the Family Services Team.
• Coordinating recruitment and staff wellbeing.
• Overseeing delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of services.

Skills

Experience managing or leading teams within young people's or family services

Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience

Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills

Confident IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and Excel

Education

Level 3 qualification in a relevant field
