Qualifications

  • Hold a full manual UK driving licence registered to your current address, with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg.
  • A friendly, reliable personality with a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Organise parcels and plan routes for deliveries.
  • Conduct vehicle safety checks before driving.
  • Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses.

Skills

Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5 tonnes / Cat C1 up to 7.5 tonnes)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: 24 part‑time hours per week with opportunity for overtime. Typical attendance is: Saturday to Monday, 08:30 - 16:30.

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Swansea Depot, Swansea SA7 0AQ

Starting salary: £24,268 (£12.23 p/h). After 6 months: £26,758 (£13.49 p/h)

Plus:
  • £824 annual allowance (pro rata)

Total package: up to £30,000 per year, including excellent benefits (based on a 38-hour week + overtime)

What you'll do:
  • Organise parcels and plan your route.
  • Carry out vehicle safety checks.
  • Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses - from birthday presents to vital business information - providing excellent customer service with every delivery.
