Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paramedic to join our primary care team at Gatwick IRC, located in Gatwick.

Hours and patterns

The site currently offers a 24-hour service and shift patterns including 11.5 hour shifts from 7am to 7.30pm. Flexible arrangements are available. This position is full time and offers an annual salary up to £48,951 per annum FTE depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.

Main duties of the job
  • Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients, seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them—focusing on emergency and unplanned care to patients with both primary care and acute care needs.
  • Deliver non-judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
  • Play an active part in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patient’s care following our policies and procedures, always considering safeguarding.
