Position Overview

As a Paralegal, you will manage a varied caseload of conveyancing files. You will support the team in delivering outstanding service to clients. Your role is key to ensuring smooth property transactions from start to finish. You will contribute directly to the company's success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of sale and purchase files with supervision.
  • Update clients and introducers on the progress of matters.
  • Raise and respond to a variety of legal enquiries.
  • Analyse responses and prepare detailed reports for clients.
  • Handle all pre-exchange and completion related tasks.
Requirements
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
  • A law degree or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
