We are looking to recruit a Painter & Decorator to work within our Estates team, working full time 37.5 hours per week. Band 4, £27,485 - £30,162 plus enhanced pay for on‑call and overtime.
The Estates Team is part of the Corporate Directorate and supports all Directories in the Trust. We consists of approximately 25 staff and are a reactive service with frontline staff. The Facilities Team is much wider and works in conjunction with the Estates Team.
To provide a painting and decorating service within healthcare premises including maintenance of existing building fabric and full re‑decorating works (lifecycle), to meet the needs of the Trust, by operating an efficient and effective Estates Service within the Trust's healthcare facilities to ensure the safe delivery of patient care.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
