Opportunity

We have an amazing opportunity for a Painting & Decorating Tutor to work for one of the country's leading training providers. This will involve assessing the learning and skills needs of disengaged learners with a view to improving their employability skills.

Full training can be provided if you would like to become a Tutor and have occupational experience.

Location: Cambs

Requirements

• Ability to teach your trade as a Painter & Decorator tradesperson
• Minimum 5 years of trade experience (Painting & Decorating)
• Level 2 recognised qualification
• Experience working with hard‑to‑reach learners
• Experience dealing with challenging situations
• Experienced in offering Advice & Guidance
• A mentor and role model to others
