Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or other relevant qualifications.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong commitment to retaining high standards while working professionally.
• Social Housing experience desirable.
• Motivation to work to individual and team output targets.
• Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, essential for the role (own vehicle).
• Full criminal records check required; compliance with DBS procedures.
