Job description
Paint Sprayer - Luxury Packaging

Park Royal, North West London
£30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)
Daytime hours, Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer who takes pride in achieving a flawless finish?
Would you like to apply your spraying skills to luxury packaging used by global brands?

We're working with a specialist London studio that creates high‑end, photo‑ready packaging mock‑ups for the world's leading cosmetic, fragrance and beverage brands. These are the pieces used in product launches, campaigns, and design approvals – where precision, colour and finish really matter.

What you’ll do
  • Prepare and spray small‑format components such as bottles, lids, cartons, and luxury packaging pieces.
  • Mix and match paints to exact colour references, achieving smooth, high‑gloss and uniform finishes.
  • Work with a variety of materials including plastics, metal, and board.
  • Assist with light assembly, masking, and finishing work to bring packaging prototypes to life.
  • Maintain a clean spray area and ensure high standards of quality and consistency.
What you’ll bring
  • Previous experience using spray guns and paints in any precision‑based industry – e.g. automotive refinishing, furniture spraying, joinery finishing, sign making, model making, industrial coatings, or aerospace.
  • Strong attention to detail and colour‑matching ability.
  • A steady hand and pride in your craftsmanship.
  • Willingness to learn specialist packaging finishing techniques.
  • Reliability and ability to work calmly to tight deadlines.
Why join
  • See your work featured in luxury brand campaigns worldwide.
  • Work in a clean, creative studio environment (not a factory).
  • Monday‑Friday daytime hours – no shifts, no weekends.
  • Join a small, talented team recognised for their precision and finish quality.

If you’re confident with a spray gun and want to apply your skills to something creative and visually rewarding, this could be the perfect next step.
