Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, and priming.
  • Mix, colour match, and apply paint to manufacturer standards.
  • Complete full resprays, panel refinishing, and SMART repairs.
  • Maintain a high-quality finish on all work carried out.
  • Work closely with panel, MET, and workshop teams.
  • Maintain spray booths, tools, and equipment to a high standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Technician to become part of a professional bodyshop team where quality, efficiency and attention to detail are key priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking and priming
  • Mixing, colour matching and applying paint to manufacturer standards
  • Completing full resprays, panel refinishing and SMART repairs where required
  • Ensuring a high-quality finish on all work carried out
  • Working closely with panel, MET and workshop teams to maintain efficient workflow
  • Maintaining spray booths, tools and equipment to a high standard
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
  • Strong knowledge of water-based and solvent paint systems
  • Ability to deliver consistent high-quality finishes
  • Good time management with the ability to work to targets
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Full UK driving licence
