Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality craftsmanship? Our client is looking for a Paint Sprayer/Prepper to join their dedicated paint department in Warwick.

In this role, you will be responsible for masking and preparing vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring all work meets production line takt times and quality expectations. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our strong reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and mask vehicles for painting to a professional finish.
  • Ensure all work meets quality and production standards in line with takt times.
  • Promote and maintain excellent housekeeping and safe working practices.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, particularly when working with solvents.
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Flexibly assist in various paint shop tasks and across different units as required.
What We're Looking For
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements when working with solvents.
  • Awareness and understanding of production takt times.
  • Previous experience in a paint spraying or prepping role (automotive or similar environment preferred).
  • Ability to work in awkward or confined spaces, climb onto vehicles, and enter/exit bodies and hoppers safely.
  • Capacity for occasional heavy lifting.
  • Strong teamwork, flexibility, and commitment to quality.
