An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Paid Media Executive to join a fast-growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and continuous optimisation.

As a Paid Media Executive, you\'ll be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and email marketing tools. You\'ll work closely with other marketing professionals to ensure campaigns align with wider brand goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform campaign strategies.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, providing regular insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to ad copy creation and suggest landing page improvements to boost campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and ecommerce teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategy alignment.
  • Manage ad spend within budget and optimise toward KPIs including ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
  • Use platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager to analyse data and identify opportunities.
  • Support with A/B testing and contribute to performance reviews with senior stakeholders.
About You
  • 2-3 years\' experience in a paid media or performance marketing role.
  • Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Excel.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication abilities and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
