Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will assess the care needs of your patients and develop, implement, and evaluate tailored care programmes. You may serve as the named care provider for a specific group or support the wider patient community, and your expertise will make a real difference. You will assist in managing and organising the nursing workload, ensure seamless communication across the team, and provide valuable support to junior staff. Your leadership will extend to supervising and assessing learners and unregistered staff, acting as a dedicated mentor and named supervisor.
