Job summary

A healthcare provider in London is seeking a Bank Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to undertake autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnostic assessments. Qualifications

• Experience in neuro-developmental conditions.
• Interest in ASD.
• Experience in ASD diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist SLT assessment within the autism diagnostic pathway.
• Undertake ADOS assessments as part of the diagnostic assessment.
• Conduct joint and single clinician assessments.
• Provide autism assessment reports for families.
• Provide advice on supportive communication environment.
• Be part of the diagnostic multi‑agency team.
• Liaise with teaching staff for diagnostic assessments.
• Work jointly with senior colleagues.
