A leading healthcare provider in Epsom is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join their paediatric nursing team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care to children and young people, with responsibilities including mentorship of new staff and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Candidates should have at least 2 years of post-registration acute paediatric experience and demonstrate leadership skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of £44,485 to £52,521, pro-rata, plus additional benefits.

We are looking for a Senior staff nurse to join our strong Paediatric nursing workforce which is essential in providing high quality care to children and young people. As a senior staff nurse you would be able to support that vision, develop new staff and work alongside the MDT in decision making daily for children and young people. Along with developing yourself by accessing the many learning opportunities, with guidance and support from your line manager and the Paediatric Development Team across the directorate. You may be asked to cross cover site to other areas to ensure safe and effective skill mix over all paediatric cross site departments.
