A healthcare support provider in Swansea is seeking enthusiastic support workers to assist a young male client with a brain injury. Responsibilities include transporting the client, delivering care routines, and providing emotional support. Ideal candidates have experience in paediatric care and hold a full UK driving licence. This role offers competitive pay of £17-£18 per hour depending on the shift.
We are seeking positive, energetic & fun‑natured support workers to join our team for our new client in Sketty, Swansea. Our client is a young male who has a brain injury, dystonia and epilepsy. Previous experience supporting young children is essential, plus a full UK driving licence.
The Paediatric Brain Injury Support Worker will be responsible for assisting with transporting the client to school and attending physio appointments, delivering personalized care routines, and administering medication. They will also need to encourage and join in with play and activities, provide emotional support and companionship, and maintain accurate records of care provided.

He is PEG fed and requires suctioning, so experience and/or prior knowledge and training for these are ideal, however training can be provided.
Mon, Tues & Thurs am – School drop off in a taxi.
Weds & Fri am – Taking client from home to physio appointment and then to school, either in a taxi or 2:1 in family WAV.
Mon – Fri pm – School pick‑up until 7pm.
Sat & Sun – 9am-3pm.
£17 per hour weekdays, £18 per hour weekends.
