A leading bakery manufacturer in Leicester is looking for a Finishing/Packing Supervisor to ensure that bread is accurately packaged and labelled. The role involves driving a strong Health and Safety culture, developing team members, and adhering to company processes. Our Finishing/Packing Supervisors at Geary's ensure the delicious bread we produce is packaged and labelled accurately, whilst meeting all of our high-quality standards. You'll be moving around a busy bakery, carrying out manual and non-manual tasks, which may be physically demanding at times.
We provide full training and support, and the chance to learn new skills from some of the best master bakers in the country.
