Overview

Efficiently run packing machines in the factory to meet the production plan. The packing operator will also play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the packing hall.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent packaging line efficiency in line with the set plan and raise any identified issues.
• Support peers in achieving highest safety, quality and efficiency standards throughout the packing hall.
• Ensure cleaning regimes are upheld and fulfilled to the highest standard.
• Actively participate in operational processes that support the improvement of our business performance.

Competitive salary plus shift allowance. Performance related company bonus. Shifts Mon-Fri: 8 hours, 5 days: 6am-2pm, 5 days: 10pm-6am (nights - shifts start Sunday) 5 days: 2pm-10pm and the rotation starts again. Permanent position.
