Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a Field Service or Technical Engineer role.
• Background with labelling systems, packaging machinery, automation, or similar industrial kit.
• Strong electrical skills - wiring, fault‑finding, schematics, basic PLC knowledge.
• Good mechanical ability - tools, strip‑downs, fitting, cutting/grinding, assembly.
• Confident communicator with great customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full technical support on a range of machinery.
• Perform mechanical strip‑downs, rebuilds and assembly work.
• Conduct fault‑finding and repairs on electrical systems.
• Deliver clear, confident technical advice to customers.
