Scale point 41 - 45
Actual salary: £31,327 - £34,028 per annum
37 hours per week (Mon - Thurs 08:00 - 16:00, Fri 08:00 - 15:30) - Permanent / All year round (52 weeks per year)
Required To Start As Soon As Possible

Now recruiting for a PA to Headteacher / Office Manager to lead the Main School Office in helping the Academy function effectively, whilst providing efficient Personal Assistant to the Headteacher and administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities
  • To lead the Main School Office and support the Headteacher with high‑quality administrative and PA support, ensuring the Academy functions effectively.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs A* - C including English and Maths
  • Minimum 2 years relevant management experience and/or PA experience
  • Experience of recruitment, staff development and performance management
  • Ability to work in and develop professional partnerships
  • Principles of effective management and supervision
  • Strong IT skills and competent user of Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to provide support and guidance to a mix of professional staff and demonstrate effective management skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on service delivery
  • Strong performance management skills
  • Ability to deliver through others, managing time and resources effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to deal sensitively with people and resolve conflict
  • Integrity, honesty, and confidentiality
  • Ability to compile documents and write reports
