Responsibilities

• Assessing clients at the hotel, obtaining relevant documentation.
• Identifying appropriate pathways, facilitating referrals and move on.
• Identifying support needs and liaising with partner agencies.
• Supporting with resettlement into permanent accommodation.
• Delivering monthly workshops at the hotel.
