Integrity Education Solutions are supporting a specialist therapeutic education provider with the appointment of an experienced Outreach Manager from January 2026. This senior operational and strategic role is based in a respected community-based service in East London, working with vulnerable young people with complex needs, trauma histories, and barriers to mainstream education.
The Outreach Manager ensures the effective daily running of the service, leading staff deployment, coordinating venues, managing logistics, overseeing pupil flow, and maintaining strong safeguarding and operational standards. This role suits a highly organised, strategic, and compassionate leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.
Lead daily staff deployment, monitor pupil whereabouts, and manage transitions to ensure smooth operations.
Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, and staff development in collaboration with HR.
Oversee resources, equipment, IT, and asset management; ensure internal and external venues are safe and suitable.
Coordinate transport for off-site learning and therapeutic activities, and conduct risk assessments for venues and key activities.
Liaise with teachers, clinical staff, social workers, families, and external agencies to coordinate timetables, care plans, and communications.
Collaborate with senior and clinical leaders to maintain high‑quality service delivery, manage pupil flow, and support transitions.
Identify operational issues, lead improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory frameworks.
Manage risk, emergency planning, health & safety processes, and provide operational reports for strategic planning.
Degree‑level education (logistics or business qualification desirable).
Experience in coordination / logistics within education, SEND, healthcare, or social care.
Strong safeguarding awareness and experience supporting vulnerable learners.
Skilled in operational planning, budgeting, and resource management.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities collaboratively.
