Outbound Sales Team Manager – Contact Centre (WFH)
Remote (UK-based)
Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm | Optional overtime on Saturdays
£31,000 – £40,000 + Uncapped Bonus (£6,000 – £12,000 OTE)

Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving sales performance? We’re looking for a dynamic Outbound Sales Team Manager to lead a team of 12–15 FTE in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company and make a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a remote team of outbound sales advisors.
  • Drive sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Analyse data and implement process improvements to maximise results.
  • Deliver coaching, feedback, and training to boost individual and team success.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a sales team (contact centre or similar).
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills – able to get the best out of people.
