Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and/or technical delivery of network equipment within a large enterprise environment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, fault-finding, root-cause analysis, and report writing.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full OT Communications Services Estate ensuring services remain fit for purpose.
• Review, analyse, and identify unusual spends across communication providers.
• Conduct regular audits of communication services and document findings.
• Lead tariff optimisation activities to ensure minimum spend.
• Act as an approver for all OT Communications services ordered.
