Job summary

This role requires extensive knowledge in OSS, particularly with Remedy and Cramer, and proficiency in coding languages such as Python and PowerShell. Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of OSS Operations.
• Subject Matter Expertise in OSS, particularly Remedy and Cramer.
• Experience with coding and query languages, including Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, SQL, MySQL.
• Experience with code versioning repositories, preferably GIT.
• Understanding of Mobile and Fixed Networks.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
• Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Eligibility for UK SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive OSS Automation Framework and DevOps model.
• Enable customers through automation and self-service.
• Develop and complete Service Improvement Plans.
• Show upward trends in service levels through CI projects.
• Manage customer expectations efficiently.
• Encourage team collaboration across technology teams.
• Manage suppliers for service delivery beyond contract expectations.
• Ensure support model aligns with budget strategy.
