Qualifications

• At least 18 months of experience in a relevant clinical or field-based role.
• Ability to obtain or hold Theatre Access qualifications (or willingness to sit the exam).
• Confidence to work independently and influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support in theatre using orthopaedic implants and instrumentation.
• Deliver structured training for theatre teams and surgeons.
• Assist the commercial team in identifying new opportunities.
