Job Summary

Clinical Leader (Orthopaedic) Chester Hospital | Nursing | Permanent contract | Full time | Up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience 37.5 hours per week

Main Duties

Conduct and organize the Clinical/Surgical and Endoscopy team within theatre, ensuring smooth running of the theatre lists and organising booking forms and assisting sessions in theatres. Work collaboratively and flexibly across the theatre suites to accommodate the service demands of each department, which include Endoscopy, General, Orthopedics, Gynae. Promote effective clinical risk management and governance within the department, including safety and risk management, quality improvement and ensure policies and procedures to enhance patient care and service delivery. Have extensive knowledge required for dealing with audits and equipment. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of surgical techniques and associated equipment. Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training.
