Job description

We're looking for a Fulfilment & Dispatch Specialist to take full ownership of getting premium products out the door fast, accurately, and on time. You'll join one of the fastest-growing sports memorabilia brands in the world, playing a vital role in operations from day one.
This is a hands-on role for someone who sets high standards, takes pride in their work, and doesn't clock out until the job is done. As the company grow, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team around you.

What You'll Be Doing

• 
  Prepare, process, and dispatch all customer orders with speed and precision
• 
  Maintain quality standards, presentation, condition, and security of all items
• 
  Work closely with Customer Service, Framing, and Sales to resolve any order issues
• 
  Step up during busy periods; early starts, late finishes, and weekend work when needed
• 
  Support other departments such as Framing and Goods-In based on business demands
• 
  Improve processes and help scale our fulfilment operations as we grow
