A leading UK-based space and propulsion technology company is seeking a skilled TIG Welder for their growing manufacturing team in Aylesbury. This permanent role involves setting up and operating welding equipment to join aerospace components in a cleanroom environment. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in TIG and orbital welding, particularly in aerospace or pharmaceutical industries, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. Qualifications

• Proven experience in TIG and/or orbital welding within the aerospace or pharmaceutical industries.
• High standards for quality and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good understanding of space propulsion products from a technical perspective.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate orbital TIG welding equipment to join aerospace components.
• Perform in-process and post-weld inspections including visual and leak testing.
• Contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
