Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience with Operational Excellence Systems execution.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage F4G projects and optimize HAPS tools.
• Facilitate kaizen events to support site results.
• Conduct RCA for waste, line balancing, and flow.
