We are looking for Forklift Operatives.

Shift pattern

4 off, 4 off. Days: 7am to 7pm. Nights: 7pm to 7am.

Pay

£15.25 per hour.

Location

Bridgwater, Somerset.

Start date

Immediate start.

About the role

We are recruiting for a Forklift Operative to work in a large manufacturing site in Bridgwater. As a Forklift Operative you will be working within a manufacturing environment and your duties include:

  • Comply with the employee's duties within the Health & Safety policy.
  • Stacking products.
  • Labelling products.
  • Visually inspecting the finished product to ensure that quality requirements are maintained in accordance with the relevant work order requirements and/or visual aids.
  • Ensuring all relevant QA documentation is correctly completed.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace.
About you

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:

  • Available to start immediately and looking for long‑term work.
  • Hold a valid counterbalance licence and have a minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Background within manufacturing or warehouse.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Strong work ethic and professional approach.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Willing to commit to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
