  • Some previous experience in a production or assembly role is preferred.

Job Title - Operations Technician (Production)

Location - Paignton, Devon

Pay Rate - £13.50 Per Hour

Hours - Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm

Type - Temporary ongoing with an opportunity to go Permanent

Manpower UK are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are a leading Medical Equipment Provider.

The Operations Technician will help with putting together and testing parts, small assemblies, or finished products. The role also includes running equipment, following clear instructions, and making sure work meets safety and quality standards. Full training will be provided for all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities
  • Assembly: Build products or parts by following instructions, diagrams, or step-by-step guides.
  • Quality Checks: Check and test products to make sure they meet the required standards. Report any problems you notice.
  • Using Tools: Work with hand tools (like screwdrivers or pliers), power tools (like drills), and other equipment as needed.
  • Safety: Always follow safety rules, wear the right protective gear, and keep your work area tidy.
  • Record Keeping: Write down details of the work you\'ve done, including any changes or problems.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with your supervisor and colleagues to keep things running smoothly and solve any issues together.
