We are seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to lead and coordinate critical projects, ensuring seamless execution and operational efficiency across our Technical Operations functions.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and coordinate project management for New Product Introductions and international maintenance projects across Technical Operations, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
  • Serve as the key contact and PMO lead for launches and maintenance projects, consolidating all Technical Operations initiatives within a structured governance framework.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and delays while escalating issues to the Operations Leadership Team.
  • Develop and continuously improve tracking, governance, and communication processes to ensure transparency and cross-functional alignment.
  • Assess resource needs, prioritize projects aligned with site strategy and business goals, and facilitate decision-making to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial PMO and senior leadership, providing risk management support and preparing content for executive reviews.
  • Drive identification of process improvements, best practices, and organizational education on project management and cross-team interdependencies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the maturity assessment and roadmap development.
What We Are Looking For
  • Degree or equivalent in a technical or numerical field such as science or business.
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and facilitating complex business processes.
  • Strong background in Operations, including production, quality, supply chain, technical functions, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain roles is advantageous.
  • Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a pragmatic and proactive approach.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
