The Harvey Norman team is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Operations Manager to lead and streamline operational processes while delivering Great Service, Always!

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Manage freight and coordinate online sale deliveries
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding faulty product returns and resolutions
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of stock movements and logistics
  • Maintain operational standards and support team performance
  • Implement and monitor processes for continuous improvement
