A leading equipment hire company is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Regional Tanker Managers and the Logistics Team based in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality services while adhering to health & safety regulations.   • Strong knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams on a national level.
  • Experience within the hire sector.
  • Essential driving licence required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Regional Tanker Managers.
  • Ensure high quality services, equipment, and people.
  • Plan, organise and monitor workload on a daily basis.
  • Control costs and assets to achieve budgeted revenue.
  • Produce monthly KPI reports on regional performance.

Skills

Operations management experience
