Our client is offering a generous package for an accomplished Operations Manager with extensive experience within manufacturing / Construction / Production environments. The Role

• Provide Operational direction, leadership and man management and support the Operations Director in all aspects of production management operations and team leadership.
• Improve on the work already done and implement lean manufacturing techniques, continually striving for perfection and improvement.
• Support production managers or team leaders and work with Health and Safety, quality and all aspects of a small commercial support team.
• Achieve turnover doubling in the next 5 years; opportunity to grow into the Operations Director role.

The Candidate

• Essentially from a manufacturing background - please do not apply if you are from any other sector.
• Experience growing teams, managing team leaders and a small management team with a proven track record of improving manufacturing environments.
• Well versed in all things QHSE.
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial and have brilliant experience of growing small teams.
• Expert in operations and production and continuous improvement techniques.
• Experience working in a small manufacturing business as well as a larger business - the mix is important.
• Must have 5 years experience at this level in a manufacturing operations role.
