We\'re hiring an Engineering Operations Manager (Maintenance) to lead maintenance operations at our highly automated Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Dordon. This role is all about maximising uptime, driving reliability, and leading a skilled team to deliver world-class engineering support. You\'ll oversee planned and preventative maintenance across our advanced material handling equipment (MHE) and facilities, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. From scheduling shutdowns and peak season preparation to analysing downtime data and implementing improvements, you\'ll be at the heart of keeping our operation moving.
With a team of over 30 engineers and support staff reporting to you, you\'ll provide clear leadership, coaching, and development, while also managing budgets, spare parts inventory, and compliance with strict health & safety standards. You\'ll collaborate closely with project and operations teams to support new equipment, ensuring it\'s maintainable from day one.
