Operations Manager- Community Team

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the Community Team in Kent, working 37.5 hours a week. This role is to cover maternity leave.

This role is to cover a period of maternity leave and is a fixed-term contract until October 2026, with consideration for secondment.

Location: Kent, at Compass House, Tufton Street, Ashford, TN23 1BT

Details:

  • Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • Salary: £34,414 per annum + £2,000 contract allowance
  • Fixed-term until 02/10/2026
  • Enhanced DBS and police vetting required
  • Closing date: 16/09/2025

About the role:

Based in Ashford, Kent, with travel across Kent and Medway, the Operations Manager will oversee daily activities of staff working with individuals affected by different crime types, reporting to the Area Manager.

You will need to demonstrate leadership, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on service quality and outcomes.
