Operations Manager Automobile Arena

Salary: £100K

Location: Birmingham

We’re currently recruiting for a hybrid role based in Birmingham, offering a salary of £100K, with a commitment of eight days per month in the office. The position is within a leading business operating at the intersection of the FMCG and Automotive sectors.

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager who’s ready to step into a Director-level post—either as an Operations Director or a commercially minded strategic leader.

What we’re looking for:

• Background ideally in Automotive
• Strong experience in either Operations or Sales (ideally both)
• Strategic mindset and people leadership skills
• Understanding of government mandates and essential training criteria
• Experience with ISO9001, Health & Safety, and compliance
• Comfortable presenting and delivering training to members
• Familiar with mandatory manufacturing standards in FMCG
• Ability to support audits and government processes

This role requires someone who can balance operations, strategic consultancy, and people management while bringing strong commercial awareness and an automotive edge.
