We're looking for an Operations Manager to take charge of a CAA, EASA & FAA Part 145 approved repair shop in England. In this role, you'll oversee day‑to‑day operations, plan resources, and manage technical staff while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction remain our top priorities.
