The Role

We are looking for a highly organised, hands‑on Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse and logistics operations. This is a key leadership role within the business, with clear potential to grow as Blue Tiger continues to scale.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations
• Manage and support warehouse and delivery teams
• Plan and coordinate deliveries to ensure efficiency and reliability
• Drive a 3.5-tonne van when required
• Ensure health & safety, food handling, and operational compliance
• Improve systems, processes, and workflows as the business grows
• Act as a strong people manager – setting standards, training, and motivating the team
• Work closely with leadership to support growth and scalability

About You

• Highly organised with strong operational instincts
• A confident and capable people manager
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
• Holds a valid licence and able to drive a 3.5-tonne van
• Experience overseeing warehouse and logistics operations
• Proactive, reliable, and solutions‑focused
