The Marketing Operations Manager is a senior operations role accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of all non‑digital shared services including marketing campaigns, fulfilment, and events across Protyre, MTS, and tyre brands (House, Premium, Specialist), supporting the Group’s £150m+ annual revenue. The job holder owns operational excellence and runs a unified operating model for all shared services, leading a team of three to execute flawlessly – on time, on budget, and to brief – enabling Brand Managers to focus on strategy and creative.
You will drive process optimization, automation, technology integration, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure agile, scalable, and fully compliant marketing operations in a fast‑paced automotive environment. You will be fully accountable for operational cost efficiency, on‑time campaign delivery, compliance (ASA, GDPR, brand guidelines), supplier performance, and will provide monthly performance reporting and insights to the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT).
