Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate staff, supporting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Handle escalated guest concerns professionally, ensuring resolutions that enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor occupancy levels and payroll to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards throughout the hotel.
  • Support financial oversight, including budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to implement strategic initiatives and service improvements.
  • Ensure the property remains well-maintained, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
