Lynch Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our floral production.

About the Role
  • End-to-end warehouse operations including production, logistics, transport, and inventory
  • Strategic planning to align operations with business goals and KPIs
  • Quality control across floral production and arrangement assembly
  • Compliance leadership including Chain of Responsibility (CoR), ISO 9001, HACCP, SQF, HARPS
  • Process optimization and cost‑saving initiatives
  • Team leadership and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Risk management and safety oversight
  • Reporting and analysis to drive performance and profitability
What We’re Looking For
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management/Operations discipline or equivalent business experience/knowledge.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management/supervisory role
  • Proven success in production or logistics environments (floristry or fresh produce a plus!)
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and operational risk
  • Excellent communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills
  • Forklift license and knowledge of supermarket sector highly regarded
  • FMCG experience highly regarded

Hands‑on experience in floristry or horticulture? That’s a definite plus.
