A leading healthcare provider located in Greater London is seeking a dedicated individual to lead and manage a team of receptionists and admin staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality patient service, and leading key management areas. The role requires a minimum of one year of experience in a similar environment, with a focus on operational excellence and staff wellbeing. The hours will be between 7 am and 6:30 pm, excluding weekends.
Lead and manage a team of receptionists/ admin, creating a motivated team who deliver an outstanding patient service that is responsible to patient need, minimising complaints and delivery efficient and high quality experience for all patients.
Coordinate day to day operational activity in the reception team, including all activity related to team performance, recruitment, induction, training, development, retention and quality.
Play a key role in the senior management team, leading on key areas of responsibility including staff wellbeing, facilities management and Health and Safety.

Our size list is around 7800 patients and our clinical team consists of 1 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, 1 practice nurse, 1 HCA, 2 pharmacists. Our supportive admin team includes an IT manager, 1 practice manager, 1 Managing Partner and a great team of administration / reception staff.
Hours of work will be between 7 am- 6:30 pm, excludes weekends
