Overview

As our Operations Manager, based at Eastleigh, you will lead and oversee all operational functions of the business, ensuring high standards of production efficiency, quality, cost control, and on‑time delivery.

Requirements of the Role
  • Lead and manage production and planning to achieve business objectives.
  • Own operational KPIs, driving a culture of 5S and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with production managers to ensure adherence to health & safety, quality, and cost targets.
  • Oversee production scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure operational plans meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
  • Adherence to compliance requirements for export controls.
  • Adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and EN 9100 requirements.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency.
  • Manage operational budgets, controlling costs while maintaining quality and service.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, ensuring clear communication of objectives.
