You will lead the day-to-day rhythm of Operations & Wholesale, ensuring every product reaches customers, partners and retailers with the precision and care expected of a luxury brand.
You will:
- Lead and mentor an Operations team, setting high standards of execution.
- Oversee all wholesale order flow across UK, EU and US markets with a luxury-level attention to detail.
- Build strong, service-led partnerships with 3PL warehouses, pushing for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with D2C, Ecommerce and Supply Chain teams to elevate accuracy, speed and customer experience.
- Support premium product launches, gifting initiatives, influencer campaigns and seasonal moments.
- Drive operational excellence across systems and processes, including EDI and ERP improvements.
- Analyse performance, build clear reporting and create visibility across the business.
- Act as the go-to problem solver for time-sensitive issues or escalations.

Requirements
- Please note, applicants will need to be able to work on site 4 days per week and be able to commute to Hammersmith or the surrounding area.
- Experience operating within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness or premium consumer brands.
- Strong wholesale operations knowledge, including compliance and export processes.
- A deep understanding of D2C operational dynamics.
- Strong team leadership and the ability to inspire high standards.
- Exceptional communication, planning and relationship-building skills.
- A hands‑on, solutions‑driven approach, with natural curiosity for improving systems and workflow.
- Experience with SAP / Business Central and EDI systems.
