As an Operations Manager, you’ll keep the hotel running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. As An Operations Manager, You Will

• Be yourself
• Undertake Duty Manager shifts as required to support the team
• Work alongside the General Manager to devise ways to move the Leonardo Hotels brand forward in your hotel
• Support with the delivery of new starter induction and “Guest Care” training, ensuring all team members offer great hospitality to our brand standards
• Actively monitor recruitment requirements in your hotel to support the operation (and your current team)
• Have good knowledge of the local area to drive business opportunities for your hotel
• Collaborate with your local HR team to host engaging activities for your team
