A leading hotel group in Bradford is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee hotel operations and lead a vibrant team. You will work alongside the General Manager to ensure an exceptional guest experience while driving team performance. Strong people skills and local area knowledge are essential. As an Operations Manager, you’ll keep the hotel running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. You’ll be working alongside the General Manager to oversee operations, ensure every stay is memorable, and inspire a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations. We’re looking for someone with strong people skills who can bring out the best in their team by providing energy and direction.
