Key Accountabilities and Measures

Supply Chain, PCT and Centre Operations weekly and period end processing, reporting and analysis.

Ownership of Operations Finance Data Metric BI Reporting and Analysis tools.

Create and deliver insightful Weekly / Period reporting & analysis for finance and non-finance teams.

Support Operations Finance in Budgeting and Forecasting process.

Identify and implement improvements across Finance reporting.

Balance Sheet reconciliations and controls.

Exposure to all aspects of the business and full finance team.

Finance experience

Finance experience, ideally gained in an operations role.

Analytical

Analytical : strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data clearly and concisely, clearly communicating and ensuring understanding of both finance and non finance colleagues.

Communication and Relationship Building

Excellent communication skills : influential; persuasive; articulate; confident in challenging and dealing with a variety of colleagues outside a finance community.

Excellent relationship builder : able to build relationships and influence across a broad range of non-finance and finance stakeholders.

Time Management and Organisation

Able to demonstrate strong time management and organisation skills.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 2+ years in a finance role (industry or practice).

Strong understanding of prepayments, accruals, and balance sheet requirements.

Confident with BI tools, SAP, and Excel.
