Qualifications

Bring your boundless commitment and drive to become immersed in, and part of London’s deep tech community which shapes scientists to become founders and solve civilisationally important challenges. This is a frontline role which requires confidence in the rigour of the work including brilliant organisational skills and the ability to arrange and execute high quality meetings, retreats and workshops.

This is high-energy environment which will reward your relentless curiosity each day, with the opportunity of being the operational backbone of this venture capital firm. The company runs 2 programmes annually to support cohorts studying and working at the cutting edge of science and engineering. Our client works in a spectacular way, to build globally vital companies which, quite literally, can change the world. The company is run by exceptional individuals who have achieved extraordinary success in their fields and are now driving forward, with crucial financial backing from San Fransicso, London and Poland to enable a new generation of founders to build a ‘Star Trek’ world. Hours 9am-6pm plus evenings and weekends on rotation.

Successful candidate requirements :
  • Possibly have experience of being involved in event planning, although commitment and capability is more vital
  • Thrive in a fast moving environment with high energy, intention and independence
  • Have confidence in welcoming all guests to the high-signal work space
  • Be happy in the knowledge that evening and weekend work is a given Comfortable working with financials including budgets
  • Enjoy the responsibility of delivering a flawless product, by bringing together aspirational people whilst managing logistics
  • Share the vision of creating a world class hub for the deep tech community
