• Assisting other Directors to streamline business processes.
• Motivating the technical and sales teams to maximize productivity.
• Building relationships with architects, developers, and designers.
• Checking in with installation teams for efficiency in lead times.

Operations Director Duties

• Overseeing the design team for both contract and retail kitchens
• Providing technical advise on kitchen design and any remedials
• Being proactive with aftercare ensuring every customer is satisfied with the service provided
• Ensuring the supply chain is sufficiently run and efficient
• Helping to liaise with suppliers to ensure products orders are delivered ontime
• Assisting the other Directors of the business to streamline business processes
• Motivating the technical team, sales team and other departments to ensure maximum productivity is achieved
• Building and maintaining relationships with Architects, Developers, Interior Designers and end users
• Checking in with installations teams to maintain optimum efficiency with project lead times
